I made the vow not to play Darkest Dungeon until the Zealot is released so that my first play after the ages can be a Pure Holy run of only the most devout.

Also, no pression, if you don't know and don't want to "harass" Moonkanin with question about the release don't worry, it not like it's gonna be the end, Passion first.

Really do wanna continue it just the artists I'd commission are very busy with life, other project etc.

@Wimpypumpkin I feel the same way, but because it messes with the bones and visual effects it wouldn’t be compatible with the others, but he might be willing to continue the dungeon conquers skin line if things work out

Any chance theres a way to get it to play nice with other skin mods? I like the variety with my crusaders.

Thank you Nep nep, and I may l want to see Zealot realized but I would never stoop to harassment, just was thinking of throwing money for coffee someones way as a small thanks for the great mods on a almost 10 year old game, if nothing else i'll just stop by and say thanks for the mods

Update, I have given moon a push he hopes to be done by Christmas with art. Trinkets and such January

Technically, you COULD throe money at moonkain, and commission him to work on zealot. But I would never ask you to do that or expect you to put your own financial money in this.
More reasonable option is make a small donation and poke moon to work on zealot
But moon is a human, with struggles and real life things. Please do not harass him.
But if you wanna commission him to work on a little sprite you might be able to

Some day the stars will align and Zap will answer you. Maybe when 1.0 is out. It'd be a travesty if the alt skins and dungeon conquerors never come

This is my favorite skin of this character, maybe it's late but I'll mention that it has the detail that when he walks his height changes slightly.

Yeah the alt skims that zap drew up were really cool, but if they can't happen we'll I'll have some alt colors done for yall. Hopefully sooner than later

Good new, I've gotten into contact with metalgy, and he said once he has cleared up some commissions, he would be very happy to help make some alt colors to use, plan to just have 3 made so you'll have something special still. And if zap gets back to ne I will ask he is still interested in doing the alt skins, but I believe he is not interested.

@pwnd you'd have to ask Zap as it's his art work. The modded class isn't a class it's a reskin of the existing crusader. So in all actuality you are just using zaps art. So you'd need to ask for his permission

@Nep nep, i may have asked about this some months ago so i apologize if i forgot, i am working on an addon for the Order of Sunlight mod and wondering if i may have permission to incorporate the class mod made by Saber into my mod, i posted about it over on the class mod's page before seeing your comment telling Saber not to give permission to others to use the artwork.

what i would do is make it so the class mod is automatically granted the sunlight faction quirk, and making them not allow grouping with dark heroes. as a bonus, i would love to make the Radiant Crusader into a hostile monster that shows up when using a team of dark heroes, and also if allowed (i know editing others art can be touchy so i understand if im not allowed) i would like to make some corrupted/undead monster variants/pallet swaps

i would be sure to give proper credits to everyone involved in making this awesome art and animations if i were given permission to do any of the above :)

@CaoThuChimTo unfortunately due to giving the skin new animations it must conflict, because it breaks them it replaces the animations for the skin to the animations of my skin, and all other skins use the original animations. It is impossible to have both animations as that isn't some the gane is able to do. So to make this skin, it must be this way.
I hope to have alter colors added but sadly the artist is unavailable and I must wait.

@terrigale it is set under skin, and crusader as it's tags, I appreciate the concern but it is tagged as skin.

@witteren that is unlikely, if zap does that then yes, but I believe that is unlikely. Zap volunteers to create these extra, and I've only seen the single sprites I am still waiting to see if zap will make them. I'm honestly unsure at this point, but it is up to zap he is a busy artist busy working on BR and his own life.

Do you know if the other variations of this skin will have different effects?
(Example: the Bogtir tribe one having frost effects or the Incandecent one having flame effects)

Amazing mod! But you might want to add a "class mods: skins" tag to it, cause when I searched for crusader and activated the skin only filter, this mod is nowhere to be found
