Original mod is updated to 3.4, I am not actively working on it anymore, only reason I do not close this page down is because of the 7K subscribed people that prolly do not want to update to the newer version yet.

Bandit Kingdom and Bandit Commune gets overwritten by Jingoistic Regime when Fanatic Militarist and I choose Oligarhic or Dictatorial government froms.

other problems. space stations cost 900 alloys to build so it says, but in fact do not. Faction names are things like [ insert name faction 2] etc, i start with 32 pops, message spam of not being able to construct starbase after i construct a starbase. I dont have the new DLC and i am running most recent version of stellaris. Is there a quick fix to this, such as restoring to a previous version of the game that I can do? Is there a previous version of the mod by petruxa and a patch in case it needs a patch?

problem resolved when you choose "none" in the beta versions settings. if i change version then i begin with 32 pops instead of 1 pop. problem fixed.

help me. when i begin the game for some reason my starting planet only has 1 pop. i dont know why this happen. it only begin to happen today but i changed nothing. i use your mod and petruxas mod also.

when my cooporative faction imerges its given the placeolder name "<socialists_names_1> <socialists_names_2>", when will this be fixed?

@scottseig, if ya refering to the 3 files from the google doc site, then ya supposed to copy n past all 3 of em into the following folder "steamapps\workshop\content\281990\2786349143\common", thats what them said. otherwise yall need to elaborate....

Hey all,

Solved the issue with empires spawning without names. The file 00_empire_names under common\random_names was updated with Overlord and added a number of new lines with the new Enclaves. Adding these new lines fixes the default names, but if you have any custom combinations and governments (eg Military Communism) they wouldn't work.

I've solved this by adding all of the custom government_types under the closest Generic Government naming lines in the 00_empire_names, and you can fix it by adding the new common\random_names\00_empire_names.txt into this mod's subdirectory.

I'm not sure how to attach files here, but I've thrown it on a Google drive with a quick ReadMe for anyone who wants it.

My game no longer works after downloading this.. i can create empires with the ethics/civics but when the game loads it gets to 100% then crashes every time

Possible bug: Pretty sure it's this mod/the ethics and civics mod. When the Great Khan died, the new Khanate Spawned with no ethics.

Just did a final patch update before me and @joakim.westergaard send the edited files to the original mod creator tomorrow. I hope now that he announced that he will stop updating it that it will survive the next DLC release.

@sea's / lukimuki, I can understand what you are saying, like first put what got fixed etc and maybe after what didn't work.

But my goal with this mod was to give people the oppurtunity to play with current patch and the original mod (altough a bit scuffed maybe).

The fact that what is broken is in the description is purely for the slim chance Petruxa sees this page before he goes fixing the original mod. As the bug report page there only seems to cover people saying: Broken, or the surface problems. This goes deeper imo.

But when I find the time I might reformat the description to put what got fixed first and after that a problem section.

@tubercolosis, what do u mean with the patch first? It has to be first the original mod, then this patch. And if stuff does not work then, put them in that suborder at the bottom of the load order (if that sentence made any sense :S)

@Arman18, make sure you have both more active and load order is ok. They do work.
@tuberculosis, old bug from the original mod. I reported it way before 3.3 and have no idea how to fix it.

Hi, just letting you know that in my game, empires still don't have names.
I've placed the patch first in my load order with ethics and civics loaded second. As far as I can tell, all other fixes in this patch work.

@Sea's do you not know what a patch is? fixing problems is the entire point of a patch, and I would consider having that in the description to be a requirement for a mod that's sole purpose, is to fix problems

I just pushed a small update that only changes a view wrong named modifiers in ethics and added a file restructuring that @joakim.westergaard provided for the buildings file.

Having an issue with Planetary Diversity More Arcologies. When I finish the projects for any non-vanilla arcologies I get not districts at all or at best two types. Compatibility patch with old E&CC 3.2 doesn't seem to be working. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to resolve that? Don't believe I have any other conflicting mods that would be causing that. Not sure what the odds are that author posted an unofficial compatability patch and I missed it.

All others: Would just like you point out that the files DinyS1705 mentioned he got from me for this release was a complete run through of pop jobs aligning them with vanilla 3.3.4 except in the cases where changes were intended from E&CC. There was a lot of "funny stuff, values, triggers" there which I think was left overs from old versions/vanilla versions etc. Mind you I fund have access to Petruxas head so some of our may have been intended, but having poked around E&CC files rather a lot I think not. So far my own play through works great 👍

Found the problem ui overhaul + pantheons of the void confilcts with ui overhaul + ethics and civics 3.2 just going to have to chose one or the other.

Can't get the new ethics to show up I have all the right mods and in the correct mod load order i've used irony mod manager to merge.
