I am glad you got the plane stuff working and as soon as I finish this, I fire up ARMA and give it a try! I am sure that it will work just fine as you did put forth effort into the mission before the plane stuff!

I do not have the 'Battlefield Vietnam' as I have a separate profile for Vietnam stuff due to long loads times and conflicts, so I can not say how it works.
I am sure it is good though! :)
In response to your question on which one to do first, I would do the one with the largest number of downloads myself.

Then you can despawn OR send them out with a new WP to the location 'in battle'. I would suggest despawn as this would address any damage and low/no ammo. Of course, you could also do this when the fly back to base too and not despawn them.
This will work with no added mods and maybe < 15 lines of SQF.
The above is what I do in my mod and it works quite well. Simple and effective! :)

1) On maps like Sahrani the BLUFOR team have a big advantage as there are more objectives near to them. They will pretty much always win. This could be fixed by having an equal number of objectives near the OPFOR base as BLUFOR has.
2)On maps like Sahrani and Chernarus the Player is a modern Marine or Soldier yet the AI bots and most vehicles are 1980s era. I'd say put modern soldiers on the CUP maps and 1980s era Soldiers on the CWA maps.
3)On Sahrani there is only the AT soldier class available to the player.
4)AI never use most of the vehicles. ARMA AI has great difficulty with taxiing planes and unloading troops from helicopters but it would be cool if the tanks and attack helicopters were utilised more.
Overall this is a really good game mode that I am having a ton of fun on. Keep up the great work.
