Hey Author! i'm working on my vietnam war mod config, giving the enemy team AK-47 (300 metres effective range) i want the realistic and non super human or too easy effective range,
could you give me the numbers? i want to enjoy the semi realistic battle of vietnam war's chaotic firefight

If I were you trying to enjoy musket battle I would set split value as 1, maximum range as 100, and minimum value as 0.

dividing value divides the weapon's original effective range to the assigned value. if dividing value is 2 and the weapon's default range is 1000 the result will be 500.

If you want to let bots use musket at zero distance, just set Minimum range threshold to 0.

ravenfield is an arcade game so many maps are smaller than real life battle field. even just 1000 meters can feel massive, which most weapons are assigned as, dividing value of 2 makes them only 500 meters.

i think it got broken in latest update because dividing value 1 or dividing value 20 the bots only engage arm length away unless in vehicle

what is the optimal range that you would put on this mutator? I can't seem to find the optimal range. I keep getting bots that can't shoot something that is right infront of them and bots that are able to shoot you from their spawn in archapaelo

Does this affect bots in vehicles as well? Because I would prefer it if bots in AA guns and fighter planes continued to use their equipment with maximum efficiency.

If this decreases the range of AI in anti-air guns and fighter jets, it would severely cripple those types of equipment.
