weird, i just tested the mod and it works fine for me.
are you sure you don't have any other hud mods installed?
as far as I know, mods that only work in certain campaigns can only be used as an addon.

actually i already tried to make this mod some time ago. this hud can't be done 100% accurately due to L4D2 limitations, but i'll think about your request anyway.
there are no incap textures for l4d2 survivors, so incap panels will be broken
1. find the vpk in workshop folder (Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead2/addons/workshop)
2. unpack the vpk using this guide
3. delete missions folder
4. pack the vpk
5. move the new vpk to addons folder (Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead2/addons)
6. disable Classic Style HUD or unsubscribe
it's a good idea.
in my opinion, this is the perfect size, the standard ones are too small.
I don't think it will fit into the atmosphere of L4D2.
this guy told us to enable sv_cheats 1 and got kicked immediately lol.
