Also don’t take my comment as a critique or anything, it’s simply a result of me spending 2 hours figuring out why Vastator’s reskin doesn’t change Garrison units, to then adding and tweaking their variant models, only to found out it was your mod :D
The two mods will be incompatible in that regard no matter which one is loaded first.
It's just a result of not being able to mod variantmodels and unit cards independently.

This means the mod is now compatible with other mods editing the garrisons.

The screenshot is just the normal zoom-in that happens when you are about to initiate a siege battle :)
This mod adds custom units copied from vanilla in order to make their unit card have the garrison icon.
There's no way to make this mod work with other mods that edit garrisons.
