@Jove Chiere Thanks for the advise. I wanted to ask some things about the textures. Any help would be great because I am new to Arma 3 modding. I use both blender texture paint and substance painter for the textures. Every time I make a texture in substance painter it looks a lot better in substance painter but the resolution and normal maps deteriorate when I implement them in game. Is this a problem with the Arma 3 engine itself or is there something wrong with the rvmat files? I use "NormalMap" for my vertex shader and "NormalMapSpecularDIMap" for the pixel shader in the rvmat. Should I use "Super_shader" instead? Also, I tried to get rid of the other heads but when I build the pbo file it includes them.

You still have a lot of work to do... the textures of the model don't look good, I think you are missing the RVmat.
On the other hand, you should optimize, if you are only going to use a head and 2 faces, it doesn't make sense to leave the rest... Too many megabytes for so little content.
