Last picture? First thing I did was find the original picture (try spending a large multitude of hours surfing the Sonic the Hedgehog Wiki) then use Paint 3D to slap on a picture over a less desirable picture, paint over some old text, and slap on some new text of my own.

I have not the foggiest idea when the garbage truck will be done. My schedule is more random then a pop quiz on soda so things get finished at unexpected times.
