If you want to be able to build outposts use the code: "effect remove_modifier = modifier_empire_in_decline".
This will remove the -1000% mallus on construction. At least you can have fun building mega structures...

However I've only used this mod to create custom FEs to be used by the AI, I never played as an empire using this origin with ZoFE active, so I'm not sure how ZoFE will interact with the player starting the game as an FE using the Elder Race origin.
只能等事件默认选择时间过后才能解决。
1. 手动启动法令【觉醒】后,会出现5~6个【无限课题-不幸的研究】之类的事件弹窗,点击一个之后,其他的弹窗就会一直占用屏幕卡住,游戏没死机,但是弹窗无法取消,会导致没法继续进行游戏;
2. 开局会出现太阳风暴啥的,会有一个星球变成沙漠星球。不知道是不是什么bug触发了事件;
3. 会不断出现各种事件提醒,但就在【情报】菜单里无法查看。
不知道作者大大能不能辛苦一下把建筑加回来
The mod, if you have multiple custom fallen empires, causes the Cosmogenisis crisis from the new DLC. The tech exclusive to the Cosmogenisis player-crisis path needs to be excluded from the techs the play and AI get from becoming fallen empires. Or else it starts a death event in month 1, which kills the player's planets by year 1's end.
