the mission is interesting but easy, there are too many reinforcements, and in order to inflict losses on the Soviet troops, it is better to sit on the defensive

if you want change units at the single-missions you can edit the "0.mi" at the mod-folder with an pack-manager like 7-zip or other and search the unit files to overwrite old unit-names with new unit-names (for instance: "panzer4g" to "tiger1h" or "75mm-leig38" to "105mm-lefh18"). At the end don´t forget to save your changes. ;) You can also add new units and parameters, but this is difficult because various parameters in the script are intertwined and the end result no longer works even if the spelling is wrong.

Glad to read, that you work on a snowy mission. I wait a looong time of new mission(s) from you! You´ve big potential and the Citadel is one of my favorite mods that i play again and again. The long range mods dos´nt function since few times, but Citadel works good without.

@error hmmm i really dunno why is "blocked", i never put any protection or blocked it on purpose, i'll need to check what happens.

I would like to finish a snowy mission i started long time ago, but i'm short of time bcs other stuff, anyway it will come out sooner or later :steamthumbsup:

Best map I’ve ever played just finished the first one absolutely amazing it’s how every mission should be in the base game it’s so great to have actual tactical gameplay and you give a good amount of units making it realistic loved the mission please make more with the long range combat

@error Hmmm im not sure... the best thing you can do, is maybe load the map in the editor, and save as other name for create a new folder for it locally out of the mod, maybe it works that way :steamthumbsup:

Wow very good mod. How do I save add-ons in the map editor? When I want to add other tanks in the editor, they don't save themselves on the map.

I would love to see some early war missions, 1940 western missions, 1941 Barbarossa missions, always played from the German side of course :)

@sergey i tested it, and it worked fine for me after talvisota, if you can send me the error log would be nice.

Im already making some more maps/missiones, but is taking lot of time, and the iwojima map im making is 4x7km, the entire island, dunno how much time is gonna take... maybe the normandy one ill finish it sooner, and maybe make some other variants for eastern front. Cheers :steamthumbsup:

I finally got around to playing the 2nd mission. You are the best, man. THIS feels like what this game should be about. I absolutely love the feeling of controlling a Panzer Regiment on long range maps. Having the objectives yield reward in special reinforcements is so gratifying too.

Please please please make more. You are really good at this. I'd love to see a Rhzev offensive, Kerch Pennensula Offensive and mostly, the German 1943 Kharkov counterattack (I forgot the codename).

Anyways, love your work, keep it up please!

Barbedwire studio should create missions like that (instead of maps and mission on which we have only successive colecting victory locations).

For a grenadier/Heer platoon, get 4 squads, command team, and a 50cm mortar team, have 2 squads per opel blitz, have the mortar to the side, its suggested it was carried in the back of a truck because mortar but there is no in game way to transport a mortar as such, and for the command team, same officer, radioman, and a team of a rifleman, submachine gunner, and have them ride in a kubel. This is all just based on google, if you want more accurate stuff I'll pull out my handbook, but what ive laid out seems to be good

ONE HUGE GRIPE. What the god happened to the german units before they got to the front? Seems like random soldiers were just tossed in vehicles completely disregarding what groups the soldiers belonged to. You have regular Here, grenadiers, panzergrenadiers, and another group in 1 halftrack, like please, make uniform squads. make 1 panzer grenadier squad, put it in a half track, then copy paste the half track 2 times for 3 squads, And add a platoon leader, radioman, and some regular panzer grenadier rifleman to fill a command Half track, then you have a whole platoon.

@Sandels FI At the moment a bit stopped, got stuck with the new map and that got me a bit overwhelmed so i stopped for a time but i will retake it soon. :steamthumbsup:

@Sharpshooter There are some engineers in every mission you can use o7

The author seems to have disappeared. Too bad, the mission has great potential. After I finished it, I wanted to heavily modify it (and try my new Super PC), but there was nothing to do, not even using the user_mod folder to create a custom Mod, it remains protected. If any Modder could do it for me, they would earn my enormous respect.

played Kursk 1 and 2! Excellent work! The 2nd mission drove me crazy... but just as happy after a tough fight lasting over 4 hours. Start them again, because now I know what to look out for... :-)

Hello Chakal16, I wanted to tell you that I really enjoyed this second part of the Citadel Operation mission...I hope you come with more of the same style....I would like to take the opportunity and report that in this second mission one of the Panzer IV "G" tanks is with one crew member less....exactly the commander is missing...if you can take a look...thank you.

Hi, congratulations again on the mission, which I finished some time ago, with some changes made by the Editor.
Now I bought a new and very powerful PC, I wanted to replay it, but I noticed that it does not make me save the changes I make in the Editor (I wanted all SS, using the MOD Waffen SS, and insert more mediums).
Why?

@Han of Honam Thanks o7, i would like to design more missions but well my knowledge about mission scripting is limited, so at the moment i mostly make maps, but we will see.
