Can you make it so we can adjust manpower and add units to nations? Sometimes nations are released and they have non-existent manpower or no units upon release

the mod, it does not show up at all in MP, it does show up in singleplayer in the top right but in MP it's not there

Its at the top right of the screen, usually where State Transfer tool is unless it was moved without my knowledge lol
