Updated to 1.4

An ideology needs to allow for the tattoos in order for them to show up at the styling station.

i am unable to see these tattoos on any colonists or in any of the customisation options and i have no idea why D: does it have any compatibility issues with other mods?

I really like the two "eye tattoos' from Roo's Tattoos, but unfortunately his art style doesn't quite match the game's. I hope you eventually make those eye tattoos with your style

This is why it's good to check Workshop, you don't realise something was missing until you see it. Not saying this is a quality of life patch or a bug fix, but for example I have a colony of techist cyborg mercenaries who damn near need this mod.
