its not that much because dark elf have to pay each main tech and its very long to get to the end
as i said, all bonus were calculated and tested to allow most races to access 90% of their techs at turn 100 (taking into account races who have access to easy tech boosts traits/skills too)
try it, but dark elves techs wont change their dangerosity compared to techs of other factions
i never do "player only version" because i like to keep the game balanced ;-)
you already can "add up" research with most factions (retinues, buildings, agents...) and easily "focus on it" as a player

I know most people are not fast, rush thing and take their time to build up their province but tzeench tech tree can, like i said, already be mostly done in 74 turn (no conquest, no bonus, only 1st settlement) and you can finish the others in another 50/60 turn (again no bonus).
I'm also a pro slaanesh btw.
So with a +102% research bonus you can be done with this in 40 turn. So with the 30 turn to conquer province around them you can be done in 60 turn.
No problem. I play in very hard if you want to know and expanding fast is the only way to stop cathay from being annoying (especially Miao Ying).
So with an aggressiv start you can get pretty much get all 3 gate and the 4 provinces around them by turn 30 giving you +70% just with the order then +32% with the building (when the capital is Tier 4).
So all of this gives a total of +102% = 202% research rate. And that is only when you conquer with Kairos. You can be even faster with recruiting new armies and conquering the south that have 3 pretty easily conquered province giving you another +30% and an other +8%.

i will test on my side and update to +100% instead of +150% this week if i feel the same
its true that i havent analysed all buildings and i didnt play much tzeench (im a pro-slaanesh ^^)
I still like this mod really much. As I loose interest in the campaign by turn 60-70 as it start to become boring, this mod is perfect for me x).
Knowing that there are 3 gate near them they can easily get +100% really fast. Most of the time, I get all my tech by turn 90/100 in vanilla so giving them +150% may be a little bit op in my opinion.
