ROR pool afterthe wei-jin quest battle.
When you level up it'll show you the ROR that you have yet to unlock though quests too.
My lord is currently level 39.

I haven't played a campaign with it, but I just tested and can launch a campaign, do a battle and completed an end round sequence without issues.
Their issues might be related to submods not being compatible. Like the unlimited recruitment one, the faction submod or his cathay reskin all crash the game with it. The one who maintain the no-script version only update it once per DLC, so if there's any change in these submod, they might no longer work together.
And there's also the fact that people are paranoid about seeing the "outdated mod" thing in CA launcher whenever a minor patch happen, even if the mod was unaffected and still work fine.
I've sent an update for the translation, Shock should upload it soon, the localization key in that version are a mess. Even after this update there's still plenty missing.

The translation is not perfect however, some unit won't have names since their key changed since the noscript version was posted. I should probably try to fix that

It contain practically no script or event IIRC (all units are unlocked, the lord/hero are limited to one of the 3 vanilla faction). Tho that mean some mechanics are not present and it won't work well with the faction submod (and since it's an old build, the english translation has missing keys). It's usually updated when a DLC drop.

you add this trait with script "wwd_movement_debuff"
but the trait is actually named "wwd_trait_movement_debuff"
You also give the Tzeentch fleetmaster (from wwd_ll_yuanbo_story_conflict_III_good) the "wwd_trait_kehan" trait, which might not be intended. He also evolve into a Daemon Princes of Tzeentch often before we reach him. Tho I am not sure that can be stopped.
2nd play through with cheat to test the Northern Provinces side. No crash at all this time either.
About the army from "wwd_ll_dilemma_confederate_with_changyuan", I checked again and at that point we only have half of the required ally points, so they cannot be really controlled. If possible, I'd suggest stopping them from moving until the Great Bastion fall so they can protect it.
Another weird thing, "mission_hufu2" appears to be disabled and the reward is given by "mission_hufu". It is a strong reward simply moving to Wei-Jin and not thematic. Was there an issue with the Forbidden Armies recruitment mission, like too hard at such early turns?
Finally, in both my games, I didn't get the "wwd_final_provisional_capital" event. Couldn't figure out why.
That's it for my findings, everything else worked just fine.
