They are the only parts of a packfile that does not need decoded to be read because - in practical terms - they are the file names of each individual file within a packfile. It's tedious, but anyone can fix the issue in RPFM by hitting expand all and renaming anything with a capital letter in it. The packfile name itself does not need changed, else myself and many others would have to re-upload mods to fix it due to steam not accepting different file names, but I digress.

I can do basic modding, as in changing other people's mods. What are these file headers? That seems like something I could fix.

Yeah, it only took two hours to remove every capital letter from around 500 file headers.

That was fast. I'm still checking all my downloaded mods. 67 out of 174 are incompatible with 6.10, with about 20 left to check.

I need this I joined a war that my allu started and went to war with 5 factions my Reliability went from very high yoo very low and now I can't get other agreements with other factions because I am at -150 with them I am forced to trade a tier 5 settlement in order to just get a trade agreement.

Finally, I can cancel a simple agreement like trade and not absolutely ruin my reputation. The penalty shouldn't be so high, it makes me not want to enter into any agreements.

Breaking non agression and attacking the faction you had it with is 5 out of ~50 points of reliability. Reliability restores at a rate of 1/turn after 5-10 turns depending on the "type" of treachery.

I use the mod regularly and can 100% confirm that going to war with NAP+Trade results in medium reliability from full, while adding military access typically reduces the result to low. The penalty is doubled and is "remembered" longer by the AI if you just signed the agreements in the last few turns and can put you into bad reliability.

I'm definitely not getting the full story here.

@commisar I'm about 30+ turns in from the incident and still at very low. No other diplomatic incidents since then. Any ideas? I'd love to have my reliability back.

I dont think this is working after 2.1.1 It definitely was working but now I have been at very low reliability for a very long time. I dont even remember what the infraction was but nothing terrible. I think just a broken non-aggression pact or trade agreement.

Were you the one who made all the "Reasonable" ones including the fairly strong one for treaty cash values that disappeared? I must say I was planning to unisntall it,. then when it got autodeleted realized how badly I missed it. At least the "Buying" sideof it. 10x receiving was maybe a bit busted. Is it ever coming back? GOnna try this and see if I can save my ally from my former trading partner.

I would suggest re-reading the first sentence until you comprehend it.

Reliability was not "removed" in WH2 mods. There was a mod that set all penalties for any sort of betrayals to 0, ensuring the AI would always use the "reliable" diplomacy weighting. If that is what you want, having a diplomacy cheat is not the intended purpose of this mod and never will be.

I did not, as that is not something that's exposed for modding. If you bottom out your reliability, you can still expect it to take an age and a day to recover.

have you changed reliability replenishment at all? Mine has been very low for like 100 turns and just does not get better at all for some reason. Absolutely shit mechanic that CA for some reason in three games never thought to improve or make fun in any way. D:
