Hello @Merve, will you update this? I was interested in trying. I also wanted to ask if you reduced the reloading time of ranged weapons, a part from raising the damage stats.

It only works with vanilla units unless a patch is made for the custom units. That's a lot of work.

it looks like this mod only affects units in the vanilla game but not the units added from other mods. Is there a way the mod can affect all units including the ones added by other mods?

No, that's not possible, because that's not how the data tables work. Unless you do some elaborate modding on the side.

I mean, i wouldn't want the battles to be over in a heartbeat, so this mod isn't what i look for. But I like the idea ;)

Would it be possible to have something that only increases the attack animation speed? So that the time a battle last stays the same, but the combat looks visually more fierce? This would maybe also make it more compatible and you wouldn't have to change stats. Alternatively, one could lower the damage to maybe 10% while increasing the attack speed.

Hey I noticed that when playing the Sisters of Twilight the mod seems to break the UI for their range attack type. Switches it to some placeholder icons.

There are no reasons and I have not touched anything that has to do with Waaagh mechanics.
So I don't know.

The mod only change two lines in each table, "Damage" and "Attack Interval"

I had other mods loaded at the time but I tried it without, just the same, not working. Shows as out of date on the mod list as well and won't work in game with no other mods loaded.

@Sin, depends on the stats that are changed, as long as it's not in the same table but most common stats for units are in the "melee_weapons_table" and "projectiles_table".

@Sin unfortunately it seems not. I've tried but all modded units lose HANDILY to vanilla units with this mod. My final test was on modded Celestial Dragon Guard variants with Sword and Shields against Vanilla CDG with halberds... they routed with 20 men while Vanilla CDG remained with 70 models and well over 70% leadership.
