This mod only affects campaigns. You don't need it for journey, as you can already level up to 70 in there.

I just checked it out in the prologue of Burning Blood. Still works as intended. Build 163238 (Oct 10 2022). Make sure that the mod is listed as installed and activated in-game.

You don't have to install versus, this is just how modding in sf3 is implemented — versus is a hub for all expansions, they all have access to the same mods/workshop.

No, but you can use this in conjunction with trainers like WeMod to set XP multiplier
