the vanilla items around the world are much stronger for him, espescially now with the new item update. mabye some spell intensity for arcane item, speed, hp, healing cap and ward save for others. still a damn good mod though. just noticed his items were alittle underwhelming compared to certain others who is weaker than him in lore etc.

@Ximema Thanks for speaking up, but I just checked and the mod is fine. It doesn't modify the vanilla items. If the mod is crashing, you might have a corrupted version or an old version. Try unsubscribing and resubscribing and restart Steam to try and force it to update to the proper version

@bushwookie I'll just stick with my design, which usually boils down to, "Why would I want this item over the Talisman of Preservation?" I'm really curious to check out the item changes, to see if there is an overall power spike or nerf

Ah. I see my mistake. Those other two items are only unlockable in his own campaign. If he's confederated, he doesn't get those items.

@Imperial Obligation Balthazar has a full set of purple items in the vanilla game now, so this mod doesn't give him any artefacts anymore. Thanks for taking the time to let me know about possible problems though

Just a heads up, but there may be a potential issue with Balthazar Gelt having his items whenever he gets confederated.

Are there items for the Sisters of Twilight? Or plans to add them soon? I confederated them and did a fight to level them up, but they got no items!

@Videogamer40000 Yes, it would stay at the top. There are over 40 spots it could go on the top row, so I'll just look at the mod you mentioned and see which spot is open and move Rodrik's mount to the open spot. Luckily, it's very easy

Yeah, totally understandable to wait for the update. I assume the plan would be to keep it on the top but move it somewhere else? From what I have seen the top row tends to be the least touched by other modders outside of the rare skill mod/skill dump or mods that add mounts.

The last thing I want to do is send you on multiple updates just for the compatibility of a few different mods.

@Videogamer40000 No problem! I'd like this mod to be as compatible as possible, so I'll try to remember to move the skill the next time there is a big game update. Probably when the next DLC comes out

It conflicts with More Skills (+Skill Dump) (Updated for 6.0!)

In particular it adds some skills to lords and heroes and one of the skills 'Enduring Expertise' lands in the same spot as you put for Rodrik's mount.

By all means take as long as you wish. I honestly wasn't expecting such a quick response. Thank you so much.

@Videogamer4000 Could you tell me which mod conflicts with it? It's pretty easy to move the location of a skill, but I wouldn't want to do it until a major patch or update is released. If I moved it now, it might mess up current campaigns

Hey, Stompie. Apologies for asking but would it be possible to have Rodrik's mount moved a bit in the skill tree? It was conflicting with a skill mod that had the same priority and location as the mount.

I understand if you have no desire to make the change, however. Regardless thank you for your work on the mod and I look forward to see what you do with the Tide of Torment lords after it comes out.

@aeON Depending on the crash, sometimes the game will let you know what data table is the problem. This mod is save-game compatible, so you can turn it off and see if you're still crashing. If this mod is the problem, Steam probably needs to download the most recent version, so you'll have to unsubscribe, resubscribe and restart Steam

is there any way we can see what causes a CTD? I fought a battle against high elves as skarbrand Mixu's legendary lord and after the post battle loading screen finishes it crashes. I think its due to an item being received causing this crash? I also use SFO as well. I am just trying to figure what is causing the crash, if it even is this mod.

@LazerKjell I'm going by memory right now (I'm at work and can'tcheck), but I believe the only numbers you should have to change in the script are the numbers that follow the >= symbols. For example, the part where it says >=8, you would only have to change the 8

@LazerKjell If you copy the script in Google Docs, you can select all of the numbers you want to replace, and replace the original number with a new value using the Replace Tool. You will have to do it for each level though, so for example, you can change all the level 8 items to a new value and then you'll have to change the level 14 items ect

Hello, thanks for the cool mod. However, it does crash the game if the LL gets several levels after a manual battle and then gets one of the items, it's happened so far for N'kari and Greasus. According to WinDbg, it's INVALID_POINTER_READ_c0000005 error, so something related to a file overwrite. Wish I could still use the mod, but this semi-frequently crashes.

@Zög Thanks for sharing your thoughts about balance, but I must disagree. Tamurkhan is a very powerful lord, and I actually think he would be harder to kill if he had vanilla Blue items, such as the Talisman of Preservation or Armour of Destiny

Hey there! I thought I should bring this up here, but Robert Barthelemy, the Psuedo-legendary Hero for Cylostra Direfin has the unique Mournblade, but no other items.
