This map is excellent for the gamemode I'm working on, I'll add you as contributor when I finished it

I like it! I think it's a nice alternative to gm_construct when you want a medium-sized, general-purpose map that's more urban. The lighting, props, and other details make it feel less blocky and sterile than some of the bigger city maps on the workshop.

The only flaws I noticed are small things like the stairwells being a bit odd, and a doorway being 1 unit wider than its door.

Is there any other maps like this one?

City 23 another city somewhere between europe and coast russia. It's another poor sector with only industrial industries. Tho far distance from the outskirts is sightlines you can be able to see the brazing lights of city-24

laggy for no reason, no lightmaps

for me there is no sunlight it's all bright with no shadows

⚠ FPS is constantly jumping between single-digit and maximum (in my case: 30), about twice in every second!
