All countries' focus trees remain the same. The Continuous Focuses were changed by adding in more of them. All countries have access to the new Continuous Focuses.

Yep, although I imagine with the new addition of the tank editor for MD there might be a problem with the tank research bonuses, but other than that I have no reason to believe there would be any problems.
