If so what I'd do is go into your steam workshop folder "...\steamapps\workshop\content\1142710" and then delete this mods folder "2790810126" then unsub/resub to the mod.
Both of you do that and then try again. Sometimes steam doesn't download workshop mods correctly and they get corrupted or just don't update and you need to force it to redownload the mod.
Unsubbing and resubbing or if that doesn't work, delete this mods folder to make steam redownload it.
Navigate to your games workshop folder: ...\workshop\content\1142710\
find this mods folder named: 2790810126
and then delete it. Should force steam to redownload.
At the most I can say is try one of my other mods to see if those work. If they do try manually deleting this mods folder in the workshop folder, which can be located in my earlier post to Kusanagi.
If none of that works your data folder for the game could be messed up, you can try to verify your game files and retry.
Select WH3 in library -> properties -> local files -> Verify integrity of game files
Navigate to your games workshop folder: ...\workshop\content\1142710\
find this mods folder named: 2790810126
and then delete it. Should force steam to redownload.
