That is technically possible, however between the common infected and special infected I could replace all their death sounds as a sound addon, but they may conflict with other special infected addons that also contain sounds which could limit variation if you wanted to play with other workshop addons. This isn't an issue if the common infected and special infected are the vanilla default though.

Is it possible you could include some of the death sounds in the series to replace some of the infected death sounds?
