Another favorite!
You can jump through the white wall above cube-spawning room and walk around on the roof. From there you can activate the sideways button with the cube and easily jump into the room behind the deactivated fizzler. I still have a portal with an excursion funnel in that room, so I used it on the lower portal surface to get on top of the slanted portal surface. From above the slant, I was able to jump down with enough momentum to launch myself off the slant and to the end.
Good level tho
1. I see the catapult.
2. I step on it to see if it works, since there ARE inactive catapults in the main campaign. It doesn't.
3. I assume it also won't work with cubes, since there AREN'T catapults in the main campaign that only work with cubes. Based on this assumption, I don't test the cube.
4. I solve most of the puzzle the intended way. I end up on the platform with the button and exit, but no cube.
5. Based on my previous assumptions and experiential context, I am unaware that the catapult's orientation implies that I have to use it to move the cube to the exit.
6. The portalable surfaces on the second platform are close to the moving scaffold. I simply lift the cube off the redirected laser while standing on the scaffold. I carry it to the exit button.
Great atmosphere, like in the previous ones. I really liked the dilapidated and wonky design of the last chamber. It looked awesome.
But all the feedback does help in the future to know what to watch for.
I used the rotating faithplate twice. The second time to deliver the rc to the exit.
In the second puzzle, I didn't ride the funnel up to the angled panel that faces the exit.
I just entered a portal on the red X in the lower area and exited a portal in the ceiling
next to the angled panel.
