I don't usually make updates on weekdays, but I have updated both this park and the 12x4 version. Both now have a radius and entertainment value of 25. It will now only impact businesses within a block of each park and much less. Hopefully, this resolves some of the previously overpowered stats. :)

20-30 can be
But the scope of influence can only be around 10U, not any larger
Otherwise, it will affect other buildings with low density,
It is a good idea to only have an effect on nearby buildings,
It can be upgraded to a more upscale building as it has garden parking

I plan to downgrade this park and the other of the same name to an entertainment of 25. That would be half the current value. I may also reduce the radius effect since it's more about benefiting buildings nearby rather than those further out.

Would you consider that effective? Or should it be less, in your opinion? I realize I have another item in this pack that was made to be nothing more than a pretty path. That one I had given an entertainment of 10 (I'm pretty sure, though I made that one back in Jan ^^').

I appreciate your reply and further clarification on the effects you're seeing. It really helps me to assess my method moving forward. :)

I'm glad to see your serious reply,
I like gamers in infrastructure and economic development,
I have subscribed to the parking lot before. Due to excessive entertainment,
As a result, the business is upgraded too fast and more highly educated people are needed,
The number of highly educated people has no time to rise,
What's more ridiculous is that the park has become a decoration. They all go to the parking lot to play,

Original Thoughts
Hmm, I can see your point. While determining stats, I considered that additional parking, in real life, promotes commercial business while the lack of available parking is a deterrent to visiting businesses, thus, lowering profits. That is why I gave it entertainment of 50, in addition to the fact it has a path with seating - the "park" part.

Our baseline would be no parking to very limited in the vanilla base game considering the base game. Then again, the game doesn't exactly consider this a deterrent, except that lack of entertainment = lack of commercial upgrades. In this scenario, I would expect players to use parking instead of the standard parks, meaning more parking parks would be necessary than traditional parks or a healthy mix.

When initially determining the stats, I did think, 'it's only a parking lot, that's boring,' but then reconsidered when thinking about my choices when visiting/living in the city near me. Parking became invaluable in many places, and while it wasn't 'fun' in the common sense of the word, it facilitated it and was a luxury.

That said, this type of park's entertainment value would potentially be better suited to fluctuating based on availability. Unfortunately, stats can't handle that without a mod. (Although writing this comment out in its entirety has given me ideas for one. ^^')

Additional Use Case - Just Additional Parking Aethesthetic
In this scenario, yes, it would be too high, exactly to your point.

Perhaps 25 would be more appropriate. It seems the only vanilla park with 50 entertainment (also the lowest vanilla entertainment value) is the floating cafe. I will consider this and rebalancing these two parks.

Additional input is always important to me, so I appreciate you bringing this up. My goal is to have a fine-tuned system for custom vanilla parks. All concerns and opinions are crucial.

It's just a parking lot,

Entertainment: 50, a little too high,

It will promote the upgrading of the commercial area,

Lead to no available educated staff
