I also do feel like it's +28 C inside.
Often you have a beautiful long chambering sound but all L4D2 has is two extremely short sound bytes to be replaced. Often we have to use the long deploy foley sound for things like the Garand clip ping.
Anyway, on the Ak5C - yes, definitely it will have an Aimpoint CS (I think the game calls it the Combat Sight).
