Oblexive, Please update this Mod for the current version of tModLoader. This mod will replace all mods that add hotkeys. 10 binds for inventory is always enough if the right items are selected. I hope for an update. Thanks!

is there a way to make it so I can hold down a binded key and it auto-reuses, so I don't have to spam a binded key

hmm.. is there a way to bind a weapon but it uses its alt? for example, is there a way to make it so i would use the right-click attack of sky dragons fury instead of its left-click attack, or just the alt of any weapon?

@Raden I noticed your comments here and decided to try and resurrect Combat Hotkeys. Turns out updating to the latest mod loader is not too hard, so I have just published a new version for you. Should be up whenever Steam has done its automatic reviews or whatever they need to do to verify it's legit.

In the mod's config you need to turn on the setting 'Quick Use Item 11-19 Hotkeys'. That being said, visit their workshop page if you have any other issues.

javidpack's Helpful Hotkeys mod allows you to do this. Allowing you to assign hotkeys for slots 11-20.

Right, that was what I was going for. Making the keys SLOT specific and not ITEM specific. If you could do that I feel like it would add a lot to the versatility as you could quick-swap out items and they'd all be still set up. :D Thank you!

This is because the item can be anywhere in your inventory and not slot specific. I will look into your request though as I'm interested if that can be done too.

Thanks for the feedback :)

Okay, I got it to work and the end result is exactly like Combat Hotkeys used to be: it chooses the item in my hotbar, uses it, then immediately switches back to the item I was using. The only difference between this and the other mod was that this one requires you to set an item to the key, and doesn't just "quick use" the slot. Is there any way to cut out the "assigning an item" and just making the hotkey use the item in the chosen slot, so that it uses whatever item is in that slot?

I can't see why. Disable it in-game and unsubscribe from it.

No offense, but it seems that this mod cannot be deleted from my mod list.I wander if there is any solution

That sounds cool but I'm unfamiliar as I'm new to this scene. I think you could some-what achieve that with this mod but I like that idea. I was actually thinking of adding left/right use config options for each hotkey anyway.

Back in the day there was a mod called Combat Hotkeys, allowed you to use items in your hotbar (without having to manually mouse wheel to them). This sounds like almost a remake of that, so I'm super excited to try this out :D
