***** UPDATE! *****
Made the wings larger and closer to the real thing and reduced the overpowered engine which meant a far too high top speed, so it flies differently but still well.
I also cut off the canopy so the rear machine gun doesn't clip through it and freaks out.

I'M SO SORRY EVERYBODY!!!
I put the camera in the bomb in front of the proximity fuse device (DOH!) which made the bomb explode on release. I hopefully fixed it and the camera still works. Sorry again. :steamfacepalm:

Okay, thanks

It could be the rear machine gun causing problems in multiplayer as I just experienced my Greif skaing all over when I released bombs in a multplayer game. Try to remove the part of the glass that covers the machine gun and see if that helps.

No idea why it shakes, works well for me. If iy's in multiplayer it's probably due to ping issues. Anything and everythings seem to be able to shake apart in multiplayer. Sorry that I can't be more helpful since it works well for me.
If you mean the rear machine gun it will freak out due to half of it being inside the cockpit. It still owrks and shoots straight but it can get badly glitched graphically. You can rmove the rear part of the canopy if you want.

Why this stuka is began to shake when flying?

Select the machine guns in the wings and set them to Fire Action 2.
Add something, any kind of block and make it the light Magenta colour.
Select it and press C to select all objects of that colour.
Move all the selected object up or down. You will see some timers and a switch (button) coming out of the nose of the plane. The switch is on the left hand side. The switch (involved in the release of the bomb from the trapese) must be set to Fire Action 1 instead of Fire Action 2.
Then return the switch and timers to their position and delete the new object you created.
Then change the detonator that hold the bomb to Fire Action 1.
Main bomb should now be dropped and released with Left Mouse Button/Num 1/Fire Action 1.
I hope it helps.

I have just uploaded the tank-buster version with 37 mm cannons instead of bombs: Junkers Ju-87 Stuka Kanonenvogel by Uncle T

Sadly the rear machine gun freaks out (still works) a lot due to half of it being inside the canopy, but I didn't want to move it outside and I didn't want to cut the canopy short, so feel free to fix it if you want in a way of your choosing. :)
