I really like the model but i uninstalled it because its a pain in the ass to keep typing "sv_consistency 0" each time i start the game. But now i still have the same problem without the model do you know how to fix this?

I'm actually not really sure how it works. I just don't know why it does that :/ It's something to do with servers enforcing consistency, so maybe its something server-side that's not allowing swapped infected mods

Hey, I used the server consistency command like you said, but still I get disconnected from every server I join or make. Do I need to do it on the main menu screen or before I actually JOIN a game?
