Did you have the Stormspecs equipped when you got struck by lightning?
cool mod btw, made wagstaff my favorite character
*Added new artwork to the Stormspecs.
*Added unique artwork when attacking using Wagstaff's Book
A huge thanks to Whyro for creating the new artwork for the book!
* Added a new idle animation fx to Wagstaff when he's at 33% health, a preview can be seen here:

* Wagstaff's Journal attack speed is now based on the percentage of the book, at 0% the book's attack speed is as fast as a spear, at 100% it's 50% slower,
* The Journal's melee damage has been changed again to be more balanced at 0% it will deal 17 damage and at 100% it will deal 76.5 damage.
* Respecrators do not clear Hamlet fog anymore but they won't slow the player down. (this was never intended, it was a bug)
* The Astrogles have been renamed to Stormspecs
* Stormspecs's recipe has been significantly nerfed, it now costs 1 Spectoggles 3 Flint 1 Electrostatic Capacitor,
* Getting struck by lightning while wearing the Stormspecs will now restore 8 sanity and the hat will lose 4% durability,
* Wagstaff's Journal melee damage has been buffed, it will now deal 17 damage at 0% and 81.6 damage at 100%
* The Hollowgram's health has been reduced to 900 (prior to 1250)
Update 1.1.8:
* There can only exist one Hollowgram in the world, using the Hollowgraphy Widget will despawn any other existing Hollowgrams in your world.
* Fixed a bug where the Hollowgram wouldn't take enemy aggro.
* Wagstaff's Journal now deals 51 damage to all nearby enemies when used when at 25%, (buffed from 37.5) and will deal 201.69 damage when at 99% (buffed from 148.5)
* Wagstaff's Journal can now be used indoors,
* Wagstaff's Journal will not longer attack walls,
* Wagstaff's Journal now gains +2% from attacking epic enemies and an additional +4% if you kill it,
* Wagstaff's Journal now gains +1% from attacking normal enemies and an additional +2% if you kill it (you don't gain any percentage from attacking walls)
Thanks once again Felly, I haven't had time these days to play a lot so you're really helping me out with these bug reports.
Update 1.1.6 fixed a bug with The Hollowgram's relocation teleport when its health drops to 66%, also greatly improved the spawn checks when spawning a Hollowgram so it doesn't spawn in an impassable turf (such as ocean turf or the void if you're in caves)

Update 1.1.5 has greatly improved compatibility among all DLCs. Please report again if you find any future bugs.
-encountered a crash when trying to craft Electrostatic Capacitor, error message ".../workshop-2793208881/scripts/prefabs/static_ball.lua:57: variable 'MakeInventoryFloatable' is not declared"
-on a fresh save with no other mods the journal, capacitor and widget items don't appear in inventory
-journal recipe shows Iron Ore in RoG only world
Thanks for the report, update 1.1.3 fixed Wagstaff eating dried food.
*Wagstaff's Journal will no longer crash the game,
*Wagstaff's Journal will now target 12 entities (prior to 10),
*The Journal will now attack all nearby entities except for mobs that are following the Player and companions (such as chester, glommer, packim, ro bin, etc)
Please notify me if there are any other bugs or crashes with Wagstaff's Journal. Although everything should be fine now.

*The Hollowgraphy Widget cannot be used if you're near an already existing Hollowgram, you need to get some distance before you create a new Hollowgram,
*Renamed the Qualitative Journal to Wagstaff's Journal,
*Visor now provides as much waterproofness as the Football Helmet,
*Astroggles now have a proper dripple effect when dropped on water,
*Minor bug fixes.
[*]Fryfocal's recipe has been changed, it needs 1 Spectoggles and 1 Restrained Electricity to craft now.
*Thumper is now usable by all characters again.
*Thumper plays sounds correctly now for Non-Wagstaff characters.
*Qualitative Journal's recipe has been changed:
*For Vanilla/RoG: 4 Marble, 3 Papyrus, 3 Restrained Electricity,
*For Shipwrecked: 4 Obsidian, 3 Papyrus, 3 Restrained Electricity,
*For Hamlet: 8 Iron Ore, 3 Papyrus, 3 Restrained Electricity.
Changes will be made to the mod in the future based on Player's feedback. Coincidentally I have been strongly thinking of making the Thumper useable by all Players again because of how useful it is. Also the Qualitative Journal's recipe will be changed in the next update to make it easier to craft on non-RoG worlds.
