I've re-exported and replaced the entire table. Seems like they might have switched the order of two columns which would presumably break things if they index data by column number rather than ID. Try it now and see if anything changes. You might want to unsubscribe and resubscribe to ensure you flush the older version.

I'm not sure if its because of the new update changing something or what, but since 2.4, when using this mod I can't teleport or even click move onto any quest battles for any factions. I don't know what they could've changed to break this simple mod but I hope you can find the change and fix it.

The only thing this mod does is change whether or not a mission/quest has the "sticky_by_default" flag set to true or not. There's not even any column in the table for teleporting.

I've noticed you table name start with a "!". But that means it tends to overwrite other mods that make edits to the missions table.
Would it not make more sense to put a "z" in front if it, so that none of the missions are pinned apart from those that are modded. Or even "zzzz", as the community bugfix has a fix in that table, and I think most people would prefer the fix, even if it does pin that one mission.

I have no idea how that stuff works. I've never done anything related to the map. I don't even know if that's possible without the Assembly Kit.

cool mod. Do you happen to know of any way to disable or remove the special location pins on the campaign map as well? IE the great maw pin. Could you make a mod for this?

ah, that makes sense now that you present it that way. i initially thought there might be just one command to just turn off the event panel from ever opening - but it makes sense it is connected to many, many unique prompts to open it. thanks for the reply though, and thanks for this mod :)

All of the diplomacy, etc. event notifications are dictated by script functions. It should be theoretically possible to switch them to "silent", but you'd probably need to edit a lot of core scripts in order to do so.

@DrDCB - actually, i think i figured out my problem. had a conflict with another mod which was making my notification panel go haywire.

But yeah, not the notifications that have a checkmark and magnifying glass on it - but the ones below the mini-map. The events kept popping open constantly even when I turned it off. Seems to be working better now - but it still opens up at the beginning of every turn, even when I turn it off. I wish I could just remove those notices entirely and keep the right edge of the screen fully clean.

@wabbit: What notifications? You mean the ones at the start of a new turn for general world events (factions destroyed, etc.)?

hey DrDCB - is there a way to also disable the sticky event notifications from always popping up? so when you turn it off, it stays off?

The only other suggestion I would have is a mod conflict. Another mod editing the same table. Are you using any other mods that alter quest battles or missions in general?

Make sure you've actually enabled it in the mod launcher and that you aren't using the -dx11 switch in the startup options (that breaks all mods).
