For some reason this mod stops working if you fight a battle manually mid turns, thn it start working again

This stops working for me after turn 63. Has happened on numerous saves around the same turn time with various different mod combinations. Weird.

Will have to try this, sick of the AI spamming me for military alliances, only to drag me into a war with their previous allies.

前期没啥人来，中期开始排队来求防御同盟和军事同盟。。。。

的确一般情况下不会再没完没了的发请求了，但是一旦被攻击就一下子全爆发，雪片一样的请求发过来。

@grizkar I'm like 90% sure this mod limits non-crucial offers. So defensive, military alliances and the like.

They can still do peace, war, and trade. But it seems nothing else.

The AI still declaring war for me, it work well, thank you for this mod.
I don't know yet if they can just break an agreement.

I got a couple of AI up to -100 or so and they still weren't declaring war, so I don't think they can.
