@Mr. Kinich Confirming that yes, some major decisions (like forming jomsvikings) are permanently unobtainable while using with CK2+. For some reason, the "at least one of these:" list of requirements is empty and forever marked as not meeting requirement.

@mchalefamily, there are some files that are changed by both CK2+ & this mod, so some things will break; I don't think it will cause crashes, though

@BabyRackz, no; this mod is designed to work with CleanSlate, which CK2+ is build off of but HIP is not
