Good question. The source code and images only take up 250kb, so it's weird if the download takes up so much more. Are you sure you're looking at the right mod? Anyway, this mod is unmaintained, so you shouldn't be using it, regardless of size.

Nope, this project is totally dead. It was pretty broken even before the update. Feel free to fork the repo it and take it whatever direction you want! It's open source under the MIT license over at https://github.com/AlurienFlame/Starflower

Can you update

I must say, this looks like a cool mod, and just on one of your previous comments, I believe there is a way other than adding an identical item to alter a recipe. However I don't know any specifics on that.
This is just coming from the fact that there are a few vanilla recipes altered in Calamity (Night's Edge and Fire Gauntlet of the top of my head), and cross-mod recipe altering with FSM DLC in 1.3 TMod, seems too inconvenient to not have an easier way.

Update pls.
RadiantReptile  [author] 22 Jul, 2022 @ 1:27pm
Okay you know what, you have a point, I didn't consider them being nocturnal. You've convinced me, I'll look into renaming the item next time I update the mod.

It could also slow down enemies because they're trying to get the stardust out of their eyes.
Terraman 2 Jul, 2022 @ 4:44pm
Suggestion: Replace flask of dusk with a new flask called flask of stardust, which confuses enemies, because the stardust got in their eyes.
Terraman 2 Jul, 2022 @ 4:31pm
That doesn't make sense for flask of dusk either because a very large portion of enemies are nocturnal, meaning dusk is like dawn to them, meaning they should have a lot of energy at dusk.
RadiantReptile  [author] 2 Jul, 2022 @ 4:12pm
I think you might've misread the name on Flask of Dusk, it slows them because dusk is the end of the day and they're tired. Good suggestion on the anti-gravity potion though. I think that replacing vanilla recipes requires adding a new identical item with the new recipe though, which might be a bit hard to maintain. I'll look into it.
Terraman 1 Jul, 2022 @ 11:06pm
Suggestion: Add starflower to the anti-gravity potion recipe, because all the vanilla herbs are in it, so it's probably supposed to have all the herbs in it.
Terraman 1 Jul, 2022 @ 11:04pm
Suggestion: Flask of dust should confuse enemies instead of slowing them down because the dust got in their eyes so they can't see.

Valid. Looks like a nice little mod, would love to see it in action once you have time. :)
RadiantReptile  [author] 23 May, 2022 @ 10:04pm
Thanks for the detailed bug report, I'll figure out what's going on with that next time I work on this as well. That said, I'm pretty sure the mod's completely broken right now anyway, crashes aside.

More specifically, it seems to be crashing a little bit after the seeds are planted in the planter boxes, which makes me think it has something to do with growth states or what have you.
This is also heavily modded.

Seeing crashes when planting starflowers in the starflower beds.
RadiantReptile  [author] 11 May, 2022 @ 6:13pm
Thanks for the heads up, in my attempt to test that I discovered that they seem to also be completely unbreakable. I swear that wasn't the case when I was testing the mod, so I assume that the latest update of TML changed something. Looks like I have work to do.
ChuckleDuck 8 May, 2022 @ 1:20pm
I cant seem to pick up the starflowers, they always break without dropping anything
RadiantReptile  [author] 6 May, 2022 @ 7:21pm
The potions should be recolors of the same texture. If they look Exactly the same, that sounds like a bug. I'll check it out when I next work on this mod. As far as the other thing, I really wish I could, but the way the TModLoader API is structured currently makes doing so quite challenging. It's on the list though, if I ever figure out how to make it possible I'll do it.
Unconventional big tot tactics 30 Apr, 2022 @ 4:46pm
yo,nice mod but 2 things, why some of the potions looks exactly the same and...could you make the flower to dont be destroyed when in a planter box?
