Moving the Bunker up one Cell to 44x13y wouldn't conflict with any mod that I know of.
Its pretty well stocked, depends on your sandbox settings.

It works normally, still up to date. It' conflicts with the airport map but not the valutech one.

Im assuming modding constraints maybe an issue so do I need to put a generator on the roof or in the little garden area to keep things running? Thanks again for nice little addition to the game.

So you built over the hill tile and accidentally dropped into them which caused the bug.
Just go into debug and teleport out. I think this will fix it.
To teleport, open the map view (while in debug) and right click somewhere on the map. Click teleport. That's it
One idea to fix if you're on your own solo server would be to go into debug mode and teleport yourself out.

I like that bunker pretty much, it has a nice design and fits into the apocalyptic world in my opinion.
I have an suggestion for another bunker with a different location, though.
I`d like one near Ekron/Licksillet, it is more in the center of the map and within the rural region, which would give it a nice fit in my opinion.

I think it would be nice if it was rather square shaped with roof acces.
For the sake of balance, I recommend it to not have a integrated farm or water source, also it shouldn`t be stuffed full with loot.
I hope you like my suggestion. I would love to see a bunker there, since I always wanted to be centered whilst being in the farmlands or just away from town + living in a bunker :-D
