I don't know how to set a high crit rate in move craft.
Isn't this reply of mine strange?
By the way, I am Japanese and do not understand English and always use translation tools.

one suggestion, maybe place the high crit rate on the second snap, I never seem to be able to get a crit to happen on the second snap so they never stay down for a ko finisher
