Oh well. Since no one gave feedback on how the mod is doing, I have tested it myself and added in the description that it does turn off the progress bar everywhere , including generators, just as I assumed.

It should — the script is quite small and there is nothing referring to anything specific, which means the progress bar script is used by every in-game event that is programmed to show the progress bar. I do not use this mod myself, so cannot say for sure.
