A key thing to do in no matter mission with AI is avoid spare-group AIs, if you can, always group them it's the major reason why bad perfomance. I've a potato PC and If i can run a mission 100 zombies and some decent enough of assets while running it on a local server plus other 4 players and not crash and run it 30 fps without optimasation, with optimasation it goes up to 50 that's 10 less fps than my average with not 100 entities
Z&D is well known for bad performance and bad entity behaviour
It all worked really well! Granted a little bit of frame drop in the main city area but that's just my settings and arma. All the scripting worked well, from the talking, the cars following the road, the AI.
The ending was intense! Glad I backed up from the door when I did, wasn't expecting that! It really hit the panic button for me, usually missions will tell you to "Run", this I didn't know what to do at first then I saw civilians getting killed too and quickly realised I had to get out!
Well done! defiantly looking out for Part 2. Keep up the good work!
