Yea the thumbnail is very misleading. It shows the actual 2004 sprite fire when in reality this mod adds some shitty other fire effect that isnt in the retail game at all and I have no idea where this person got it from.

HLaiden, you can use it by opening the app and then there is a search bar and you will be able to extract the addon. You need to be subscribed to this addon on the workshop for it to work first.
