Was this fight the last?
Starting at level 1?
My only complaint is caster ai, but I don't believe that's even moddable. A late game lvl 9 or 10 CR caster just casting scorching rays is somewhat of a let down.
I completed the mod and its solid with challenging battles. There aren't a ton of magic items, but that's not necessarily bad, as magic item bloat messes with bounded accuracy.
The sewer hag battles are over tuned imo. A level 4 party with 1 usable magic weapon (the other 2 were not usable/pertinent by my party) and no other pertinent magic items vs 3x trolls and a hag (CR 5 x 3 and a CR 6) or the other hag fight vs 3 hags and multiple mutated tiger drakes (CR 3 x 3 and CR 2 x 4 or so).
In the hag/troll encounter you can't rush the hag as the trolls gang up on you and you can fight the trolls in a bottle necked area of the sewer as the hag just nukes you down behind the 3x trolls. My party is a Barb (stone tank), Tinkerer, Sun Cleric and Haunted Soul Sorc.
The module looks like a quality mod, and up until the sewers the mod was challenging in a fun way, but the sewers are far too difficult.
Does that help?
You might want to change your screenshots, they don't do your module justice. You can even use those ones I posted for you in Discord.
