This seemed to work for the first campaign I used it, then a month or two later stopped. I loved this mod, if you would fix it I would be very happy :steamhappy:

They can still go down in combat but instead of dying permanently, they will get injured and return after a few turns in the campaign.

What happens in combat? can a faction leader solo an entire army or do they fall injured?

Can you do this without the startpos? If not, how can I add this feature to my own startpos. This adds a missing feature to the game as most AI kings die quickly over and over and over.

Yes the AI faction leaders are also immortal

Was surprised this wasn't an option from CA given how they went on to make Hero generals/warlords in Three Kingdoms. Thanks for this mod. Great for some fun!
