It has to be another mod i think, as i said this doesn't have anything weird inside that could cause the game to crash. It doesn't even use scripts (apart from the "weapon component" every weapon in the game uses)

That's doesn't have anything to do with this weapon, at least in theory. It doesn't have any scripts or features that'd make pressing R do anything out of the ordinary.
It could've been the system load, the number of bots, or just the game glitching out. I'd try verifying files.

That's not a bug, it's how you can make the gun show every single ammunition state (if you notice the pan magazine rotates, it reloads the ammunition halfway so that the pan shows the correct amount of ammunition)
