Remembering seeing one reviewer CA being too lazy on making these spawns more diverse when the game released

Here is an idea. Could you maybe make a humanoid unit with a smaller version of that Nurgle Chaos Spawn head. I think you could make an interesting Nurgle themed zombie with it.
