does not work with other mutators that alter speeds like the Titanfall 2 Movement System mod, the Slide Mutator mod, and probably not the Movement Speed Mutator mod either

In my experience, bots will always equip weapons to every slot, unless you don't give them any options. But I will add an option to enable it for bots too, when i have the time.

I don't think it has any notable effect on performance, the script only runs its function when a bot/the player spawns. I might adjust it, so it only runs on player spawn in the future.
