Would it be possible to have Ryulungan Dragon benefit from more than just Longma and Sky Lantern tech? For instance, counting as a Moon Bird or Jade/Jet Lion would give it some very nice buffs from both Yuan Bo and the tech tree. Of the three dragons, it feels thematically the most like he'd use these, imo.

Hello! What recruitment building do you need for the dragons? As a test, I used an infinite resource mod and rush upgraded nan-gau and have most of the recruitment buildings at max, but i cannot recruit the dragons.

Pls halp :C

Just a side note: I tested both Jade dragon and this one againts one unit of foot squires (both took more damage than expected and missed thier attack a lot) and found out that this "lesser" dragon is actually quite bigger than the Jade dragon :) (maybe they could be a bit smaller like in "Greater Call of the dragon" mod?)

Excelent mod though, the animations are wild and really fitting for a more feral dragon

@samu071 Prop jjoe Manager is not flagging this mod, so it probably is fine. The only issue might be animation issues, jjust test it out but I can guarantee you this mod wont crash new campaings so far. Maybe the dragon itself, its all about testing it.

Does anybody know if this mod works correctly with the new patch 4.0?
I see an alert (triangle icon with exclamation point) in the pre-game mods loader that says it's not updated.

Agreed with the comment below! Yuan Bo's dragon form has melee attack animations that are far more violent and feral, which imo, better fit a dragon like this, which is "little more than an animal", as the unit description says.

Time has proven that this mod is the only one which have cathay dragons with antler horns (suits better for eastern dragons) with no armor, even rings on tail are replaced by hair. I have only 2 small suggestions. After DLC laucnch, maybe Yuan Bo model can be used to get rid of Zhao Ming sword effects from this dragon. Also, if possible, RoR variant of Ryulungan could be created using current white-head textures (RoRs usually have vivid contrast colours), while the head of regular ones could be green as the rest of the body. Not sure about eyes in new lore, maybe they can be ported from Miyao Ying (in dragon form she has normal eyes with pupils). However, this is just my suggestions, mod is great as it is since launch :)

It will benefit from anything that buffs Terracotta Sentinels OR Longma and other cavalry.

I suggest adding the "yang" property for this unit in "unit_attributes_to_groups_junctions_tables" so that the Yin/Yang symbol shows up on the unit card properly.

Hi, just want to report an issue of the mod.

Currently the Dragon breath weapon of the Ryulungan Dragon is avaliable in custom battle and will show that the dragon has this ability before recruitment in campaign. However, this ability is not avaliable when it is recruited, would you mind take a look at this? Thanks!

It would be great if something like this could be made to represent Yien-Ya-Long from the Archaon books (basically a tzeentchian serpent dragon made out of dead people)

Another point I'd like to mention is if it'd be possible to add this unit to the skills buffs received from lords ? Put it on the same thing as the Longma Riders, namely the skills: [Mighty Charge] and [Unified Charge]. In this way, it would make the Ryulungan truly complete.

The Ryulungan unit is missing some default abilities that, in my humble opinions, should be present. Namely:
[Scales of the Dragon] (adds a Melee Reflection damage +10%)
[Spell Resistance +25%]

Both of those are present on Great Longma Riders and it would make total sense to also have it on the Ryulungan. It is also strange when you compare it to the Terracotta Sentinel and Longma (both of whom have the spell resistance +25%) but don't add it to the Ryulungan itself (aren't dragons magical creatures in the first place ?).

Anyway... That's my takeaway on the mod after using it for exactly 30 seconds. :D

it is mostly a Temporarly Unit reclass Overhaul before SFO Arrives which if you installed and activate to Mod you will see units stats will change alot

About breath attck - probably big fireball would be unique enough, like the ones from anime dragons, for example, Bahamut from shingeki no bahamut or final fantasy game series. But, to keep warhammer atmosphere, this bretah could be just giant fireballs with long time of casting and burning ground effect.

feral dragons should have been part of Cathay roster, just as elves can both ride dragons and have units, as well as all 4 demon factions have exalted greater demons and greater demons. I`m very glad to see one more mod which adds them, and even bring unique skin and horns.

I think I prefer to think of these as "feral" Dragons, meaning Dragons unrelated to the Emperor/Empress that haven't learned or don't have the capacity to learn to take human form.
