Updates are discontinued. This mod was last updated years ago. Democracy 3 is not commonly played like it used to. Plus there are not much things left to mod about.

Chinese minimum drinking age law was only enacted in 2006 and it is not enforced at all. A 5 year old can go to the store to buy beer for his dad. In fact, minors don't have any desire to consume alcohol. It's funny how it is when it's not seen as a taboo.

I just finished playing this and had quite a bit of fun. Some things don't seem very accurate, however... For example, shouldn't polution/health be a much greater problem than it is right now? And are there really no laws for alcohol consumption in China, because in this mod it's default to no limit.
