The map used in the C&C ones is my own map Red Zone Arizona . It's been a while but I use these soldier skins for C&C effect:
Horizon HDF Infantry
and Horizon 2.0 - TNF Frontiersmen
^ there's a newer mod for HDF skins now.
Post-War UNSC Marine
Tactical Class-Based Multi-Skin
Hawk Infantry
Rugged Infantry
You'll notice none are actually C&C and just creatively used with yellow and red team colours.

and it incudes a flag mutiation with the faction flags, so there's really no need to make them anymore
I think it's a case of convergent evolution, I found out *after* making the mod it's also some kind of nordic/pagan symbol political groups use.
Also acknowledging the flag request comments, I do read em, I'm just slow to get back into things.

I think it'll be an .rfc or .rfl file for the editor to open though. I'll do it myself if we get C&C mods.
I intended to have updates out already but I got a lil busy.
The ideal would be creators of V+ mods did their own flags since they know them best, but I was thinking of making one or two renditions, not sure which yet.
