I am still working on it. the thing I want to achieve is mostly flagless vehicles so people can use them as seamlessly as possible in their fictional universes (eg ace combat, project wingman, or custom universe zeus has in mind)

i was looking at starting a mod that featured generic factions with flag-less loadouts & vehicles, but looks like youve done a lot of work on this topic. well done to you! cool mod

Sicario federation and cascadia are part of Project wingman A3 and only Federation has infantry so far
