I've read the `Limitations` but even thought I own my own plot, the room is accessible and yet again the blocks doesn't seem to appear.

Can you consider changing the Category in the menu to Decorations for the wall blocks? It doesnt make much sense to put these items in Office.

I like the little walls for the cubicle !!
