Let's just say that those are among one of the 3 main bases out there.

TFA : Highly viable and universal, has many different weapons and weapon packs based on this, just not as performance friendly from what I heard of.
ArcCW : High customization on weapon attachments, weapons might feel a bit clunky though in my opinion.
MW Base : Weapons with MW2019 feelings, just that it's mostly just limited to which MW2019 weapon pack we have now, and mostly only uses MW2019's animations.

As for CW2.0 or M9K, well those aren't really the main bases now after TFA became a thing, not to mention other smaller ones like Buu342's weapon base.
