Basically you export your model in FBX format like anything else (follow the guides). You only need the diffuse texture, none of the others apply.
The trick with holos is inside the Asset Editor you need to have Mod_Tools (mod) enabled. You need to insert this script into the GUI and run it. It converts your asset to holo. You'll also need to sub to the Additive Shader mod.
